Agnieszka brings nearly 20 years of experience across the international and non-profit sectors, where she has built a reputation as a leader who can successfully navigate complex political and organizational landscapes. Her career includes senior roles with FIFA, the OSCE, and the Polish Armed Forces (including deployment with ISAF in Afghanistan), where she has consistently driven strategic change and delivered impactful initiatives.
At FIFA, she spearheaded Integrity programmes, strengthening collaboration with member associations and global partners while advancing efforts in sport integrity and capacity building. She also led investigations into fraud and match manipulation, working closely with law enforcement and international stakeholders to protect the integrity of the game.
During her time at the OSCE, she worked on countering violent extremism and terrorism, enhancing national and regional security policies, and promoting human rights–compliant approaches to security. She oversaw high-level international events and advised governments on inclusive, whole-of-society security frameworks.
Earlier, with NATO’s ISAF mission in Afghanistan, Agnieszka negotiated and managed development projects that improved access to education, strengthened governance, and advanced safeguarding strategies for children and women in conflict settings. Subsequently, with the Armed Forces Operational Command in Poland, she led international coordination efforts with the European Defence Agency on Personnel Recovery, including protocols for missing or detained personnel.
Fluent in six languages and having worked across seven countries, Agnieszka brings a rare combination of cross-cultural agility, policy expertise, and practical leadership. Her academic background includes an MBA from the University of Warwick, an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy, postgraduate studies in Investigative Psychology, and the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School.
