Agnieszka is the Founder and CEO of OrdoStrategica. She brings nearly two decades of experience across international organisations, security institutions, and the non-profit sector, with a focus on governance, institutional integrity, and strategic policy. Her career includes senior roles with FIFA, the OSCE, and the Polish Armed Forces, including deployment with NATO’s ISAF mission in Afghanistan. Across these roles, she has worked at the intersection of policy, investigations, and international co-operation, leading initiatives to strengthen institutional resilience, safeguard public trust, and advance the global security agenda.
At FIFA, Agnieszka led integrity programmes focused on strengthening co-operation with member associations and international partners while advancing global efforts to combat match manipulation and build integrity capacity in sport. She oversaw investigations into fraud and match-fixing, working closely with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and international stakeholders to protect the integrity of the game.
During her time at the OSCE, she worked on initiatives addressing violent extremism and terrorism, contributing to the development of national and regional security policies while promoting human-rights-compliant approaches to security. She also organised high-level international engagements and advised governments on inclusive, whole-of-society security frameworks.
Earlier in her career, while deployed to Afghanistan with NATO’s ISAF mission, Agnieszka negotiated and managed development projects aimed at improving access to education, strengthening local governance, and advancing safeguarding strategies for women and children in conflict environments. She later served with the Armed Forces Operational Command in Poland, where she co-ordinated international co-operation with the European Defence Agency on Personnel Recovery, including protocols addressing missing or detained personnel.
Fluent in six languages and having worked across seven countries, Agnieszka brings a rare combination of cross-cultural experience, policy expertise, and operational leadership. She holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy, postgraduate studies in Investigative Psychology, and completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School.
